Hi There:

Using Wordpress installed on a web site. I am trying to figure out how to re-align the Tagline to the left under the heading .. but when you put in the text in the panel, it doesn't give you this option?

Do I need to modify one of the theme files?

Yes you will modify the CSS file and the header.php. Talk to the vendor of your template to get specific help. Or post up your link to your website and we can take a look.
