I have created a new theme here - PrettyPress (http://www.prettypress.co.uk/).
It comes with a site map page template making it easy to create a site map of your pages and posts - see example (http://www.prettypress.co.uk/sitemap).
The search box drop-down is also populated with your most popular tags.
